Have now been waiting 18 minutes to speak to a human being. Recorded message said the wait was 10 minutes. It's simply not good enough.

Time and time the driver does not even ring any doorbell in our block of flats nor does he leave a card with the attempted delivery on it. As an elderly and disabled person it is double hard for me to get to the office to collect my parcel. Shame as most of the letter carriers provide exellent service.

Very helpful, parcel had been sent to the wrong address, on production of proof I was able to leave with the parcel.

Royal mail are rubbish in Sleaford, you never get post from one day to another, always waiting for parcels and letter's, I was waiting for 5 day's before I saw or even had a post man round this area. I wish ppl who send parcels would use another company and not royal mail they r the worst, well around Sleaford they are.

Why is it still called ROYAL Mail when it is owned by the French? As far as I know, France is a Republic and does not have a royal family.
