Prestige have been looking after me for over a year now in the early morning and I have been very satisfied with the care I recieve daily from the carers. I have a rota so I know who and at what time they are arriving. The carers are all very kind and efficient. Tbeir call always starts the day well.

Found the reception staff to be very rude and dismissive. Tried to set up a care package for a vulnerable person today, i found they dismissed my concerns, were abrupt on the telephone and didn't demonstrate any care or concern. They refused to contact the persons relatives to discuss the care needed and when challenged...
