Collected a parcel from ebay today.
The elderly lady who served me couldn't have been more rude and awkward if she tried.
Definitely no customer care.... In completely the wrong job!!!

Second time now that my order has been wrong but this time, jesus! They sent me someone else's order, I returned this to the driver he returned to one stop they that one got delivered to whoever it belonged too then said mine was no where it didn't exist even though they knew I'd made an order and have the receipt. Their a bunch of clowns! Do not trust these people to collect bread wipes and milk because apparently it's too tricky for them so they'll just loose your order!! If I could give a minus rating I would do 0*!!

This afternoon my boyfriend went into one stop the older lady serving him showed terrible customer service skills! She was getting mad with the machine hitting it and showing overall aggressive behaviour i understand when machines at work are not working it is frustrating but this is no way to act around a customer! Not a good view from one stop. I have also been in one stop before and been served by her and didn't get a good impression she never has a smile and is always grumpy lighten up! I hope she can improve on this behaviour as it is no way to act in that industry when customer service is the most important asset!!

The One Stop Shop in Ruskington provides a satisfactory shopping experience for those in need of everyday essentials. While it offers a reasonable variety of products, there are both positives and areas for improvement that should be considered.On the positive side, the shop's layout is relatively easy to navigate, and most of the essential items are available. The staff are friendly and approachable, ready to assist if needed. Additionally, the convenience of having multiple products under one roof saves time for shoppers who don't want to visit different stores.However, there are some aspects that could be enhanced. One Stop Shop could expand its product selection to offer more variety, especially in the fresh produce department. Some shelves appeared poorly stocked, and it would be beneficial for the shoo to maintain better inventory levels to ensure customers always find what they need.While the prices are generally reasonable, there are times when certain items seem slightly overpriced compared to other nearby stores like the Co-op. More competitive pricing on essential products could make it an even more attractive choice for shoppers.Parking can be a bit of a challenge, which might be inconvenient for customers who prefer quick and easy access to the store.In conclusion, the One Stop Shop in Ruskington offers an average shopping experience. It provides most of the essentials and boasts a helpful staff. However, there is room for improvement in terms of product variety, pricing, and maintaining better inventory levels. If there is one thing I cannot stand it?s a shop manager who can?t be bothered to do anything and instead, calls a junior member of staff off break to help a customer while she stands there reading a magazine. Just because you are a manager, doesn?t make you any better than the kid who is striving to impress. I work in retail and management and I abhor this holier than thou attitude of those who think they are above others. You?re not and it?s not the first time either so I won?t be shopping here again.

Most of the staff are very helpful. They have varied last minute shopping items what you may have missed off you shopping list. Although they do run out of bread & skimmed milk occasionally but on the whole pretty good. They also accept certain parcels to return such as Hermes.

Recently brought some sausages,when I took them out the fridge to cook them they were mouldy,only brought them a couple of days before and they were still in date. I messaged one stop stores twice to complain and never got a reply which is what I'm more angry about. The shop itself is good always helpful and polite.

Good place to get a newspaper and has a good range of confectionary. Friendly staff and fair prices.
