If there was 0 rating offered I would definitely use it for lucky star! Customer service is a joke! After over an hour late still no food. Took over 30 minutes to get through to them on the phone, just to be told oh well the order has been cancelled!! I didn't feel well so didn't want to drive to get food. However ended up driving to another Chinese that is cheaper and better value and excellent service, unlike lucky star!! Never ordering from you again!! This isn't the first time you have done this!!!

The delivery time for this takeaway is beyond a joke and I will no longer be using them. Been waiting 2 hours now for a delivery that was originally quoted for within an hour this evening. This is not the first time that delivery has taken over an hour even when the original estimate is below that time frame. When the food finally arrives it is good quality for a takeaway but why oh why offer delivery if the time frame is never achieved? I?d rather collect and not use the ?just eat? delivery option.

Ordered food at 7pm and wasn't delivered despite saying the food had been delivered on Just Eat. We rang the takeaway to ask where the food was and they told us it was "being bagged up now". This was clearly a lie as the food never arrived.

Honestly do not know why this place gets bad reviews, I?ve tried a few Chinese restaurants in the area and this is by far the best. Yes it takes a little longer than quoted for delivery but it?s worth the wait. Have used them over 10 times and it is consistent

What a place why wouldn?t you go there . Best place In Sleaford to go to . Lin?s services is amazing and the Chinese is a very friendly and very cheap and offer wide range of options even for a non - meat eater like me . Must go to if visiting area !
