Ordered same day delivery for someone close to me. Originally didn?t have the chocolates I wanted, however they got in contact with me straight away and we discussed what replacements I could have delivered instead. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Driver who delivered the wine and chocolates tried to find the address for about 30 mins and eventually did, in an area where it is difficult to pin exactly the location is on the map. So for that, I was very appreciative of her persistence. The chocolates were fantastic and the wine even better. Thank you

Terrible company. Do not use! I've made two separate orders this Christmas and neither have turned up. Interflora do not take incoming calls and their live chat button vanishes. They do not deserve your business. They owe me nearly £60.

Fake shop. They took my money and not delivered my order. I think owned by Indians or Pakistani and doing scam for people.

Arrangement sent wasn't the one that was purchased- it was supposed to have a burnt orange lily in it. The roses haven't flowered they've just died and the whole thing has lasted less than a week. Won't return. Wouldn't recommend.

Well people of the hardworking world before you spend any of your hard earned money with this company please read this ?.. I placed an order for Valentine?s Day , delivery instructions included I.e time .Full address inc post code given and triple checked ?.. the money was taken out of my account straight away but then on the day no delivery should of been between 10 and 2 as instructed at the point of order as the place where my fiancé works shuts at 5 pm but yet at 5.56 pm I received an email telling that the flowers had been delivered ?? strange she was sat at the side of me at home with flowers when email came through ? I have sent 4 emails now and not 1 reply ??. Your supposed to be able to have live chat with this company but that coincidentally and conveniently doesn?t appear to be working ??

By far the worst service you could possibly imagine !order candles day before Valentine?s Day with the excuse that all florists have rejected due to full capacity , left waiting for a call back for over 3 hrs when was assured they will ring back in half an hour by the manager on the phone then to find out a florist not even 3 miles from my house ( was unaware as new to the area ) works with interflora they have the stock and the capacity and hadn?t heard a wink from them.Ignorant staff on the phoneMilutiple dead sub par delivery?sEmpty promisesWouldn?t waste the money

Delivery of flowers today, left a locked gate wide open that keeps our dogs and kids from walking straight onto a 60mph road. If you walk through a closed gate it was probably closed for a reason. Especially on such a dangerous and busy road. I also Spoke to a lady on the phone before she hung up in my face twice in a row.\\n\\nExtremely poor service and another added stress to deal with after loosing our brother among other things we are dealing with. Do not recommend this florist to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Customer service in Spain is not working, been sending emails for 1 week plus trying to phone them and no response plus the phone call gets cut. in the past i had very good experience which is not the case now. pity

internet order accepted and charged on Valentine's day was turned down due to lack of stock. no other options were offered and it is now too late for the same day delivery..bravo!

Appalling quality of plants at vastly inflated prices. AVOID! The free delivery actually works out at £30 as the plants can be bought for £2 each. Absolutely hideous.

Ordered some lilies (wonderfully white hand tied) from here last year for my mams birthday and they where stunning! I also got her a happy birthday balloon which was a beautiful touch to go with them. It was £40 for the standard flowers and £5 for the balloon along with £6.00 delivery charge, they where so worth the price. They came with a mix of white roses and fresh greenery, beautifully presented and lasted a good while. Would definitely recommend interflora! Thankyou?.
