Kind friendly helpful staff. Small premises but appears to have much stock. Many off cuts roll ends. Also had some off the roll carpets available. Laminate also available.Visited on the recommendation of brother in law and also a lady in store who was just full of good vibes for the place.Will return soon for a carpet here for sure.

Had a great high quality reasonably priced carpet fitted in the bedroom. A lot cheaper than the High Street. Very professional. Would thoroughly recommend and would not hesitate to go back. Will not be going anywhere else for our carpets in the future.

Very helpful staff. Gave more information than anyone else did. Excellent quality carpets at a fraction of the cost. Also able to carpet a whole house in the same carpet. Highly recommend.

Absolutely awsome.Great choice of carpets and vinyl flooring and really nice people.I carpeted the entire house for less than half the price of United Carpets with these folk and it was a far higher quality carpet.Underlay is so cheap, you dont have to worry about whether you can afford it or not.Fitting was far cheaper and the best job I have ever had with no silly hidden extras.Before you ask... I don't work or know these people, just credit where credit us due.Thanks Factory Carpet Outlet.
