Bought an ottoman bed and mattress in January 2023. The bed does not stay up when lifted due to the strength of the gas struts making it dangerous to use for storage. We've been sent struts off other beds which are even worse. It now seems the promise to get it resolved has disappeared too.

FGS Furnishings have an excellent range of products available in their showroom, with excellent quality and value for money. Definitely a furniture showroom worth visiting before you make a purchase elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs. These online outfitter are rogue traders and as a customer you have no rights. Matthew the operations director has no accountability, has a superior complex and is extremely rude and unhelpful. !

Absolutely AWFUL experience from start to.....oh I can't say finish, as the sorry tale continues!Ordered a wardrobe back in October 21 and some 6 months later, after excuse after excuse of why they couldn't deliver the wardrobe we'd ordered, delivered one....Damaged! So after another 6 weeks and more excuses...delivered again...the wrong thing!I've since cancelled the order and requested a full refund...unfortunately despite going elsewhere, ordering a replacement, having it delivered and assembled....We still have NOT received our refund as promised. Just get contually lied to and / or fobbed off with promises of a senior person who will contact us....which of course NEVER HAPPENS!An absolute nightmare company to deal with!

Incredibly bad customer service. Big delay of 2months, then when it came the mattress was faulty with dips but they refuse to refund! Spoke to a very passive aggressive man on the phone Mathew who refused to listen,empathize, spoke over me, and hung up. Would not recommend.

I am still waiting for a brass bed that I ordered and paid more than 1600 for last August 2021, having been told it would take 4-6 weeks. I have tried to be patient because of the pandemic and ensuing supply line disturbances. It is now 18 April 2022, eight months since I placed the order. I have, in the past several months, spoken with Paul and Matthew, among other representatives of the firm, all of whom promised to phone me back with updates. No one ever phoned me back. They never emailed.
