Having my hair done is a very personal experience and I have to trust and feel comfortable with the hairdresser, Laura has always been that person. The salon is a beautiful tasteful place that makes you feel special and relaxed. Liz is a brilliant beautician,her luxury pedicure is so good!Once you go there you will never want to go anywhere else.

Absolutely love Eden Lounge! Laura is the hairdresser ever! The salon is absolutely beautiful and you can tell how much work has been done to make it such a comfortable and friendly salon. I can?t recommend enough and would strongly recommend Eden Lounge & Laura to anyone! 10000 stars if I could! Wouldn?t go anywhere else! I am having my bridal hair done with Laura & can?t wait! Amazing facial with Liz, included neck, shoulders, chest and hands massage. Very relaxing, highly recommend.Hair is coloured and cut by Laura, always brilliant. Salon is spotless, relaxing and very friendly. Highly recommend for both hair and beauty.

I could recommend this salon a million times & it still wouldn?t be enough. I genuinely cannot praise the salon & the staff enough, they?re always polite, friendly & very attentive. They can never do enough for you, the hot & cold refreshments are to die for & their knowledge & passion for what they do is next level amazing. I discovered Ashly shortly before Christmas following a Facebook as asking for clients to go in & allow Ashly to work her magic as an apprentice working towards her qualification & she is really is phenomenal & will go far in this industry. I had my second appointment with Ashly yesterday & the results have blown me away. Laura is an incredible coach & mentor & her genuine love for the job shines through in both her & the salon as a whole. I will not be going anywhere else from now on, I?ve found another happy place. Thank you so much ladies, as always

LONG POST!! Sadly, and very disappointed, having decided this was the place I'd like my hair cut, coloured. sun bed tanning and other treatments on offer, based on reviews, I have found it difficult to set up or arrange or rearrange an appointment to suit me.I telephoned on Thursday evening to arrange an appointment for a hair cut on in two weeks time. I was informed that the stylist had gone home and had no access to her appointment availability but i would expect a call on the following morning. No call! I happened to be in Sleaford at lunch time on Friday so popped in. I spoke to Laura who was very helpful but explained that the hairdresser had just left but she had her appointment schedule on her phone so could book me in. I had my days off availability so booked in with Katie on Tuesday 30th August.I discussed with Laura about having some Highlights which would be arranged during my appointment with Katie. Having thought about this I called the salon on Friday afternoon to ask if I could possibly re arrange the appointment to Thursday and have high lights and a cut, rather than make two trips. I was also aware that I would need a patch test at least 48 hours before treatment which is a necessary precaution. I was assured that I would receive a call by the end of Friday to affirm. NO CALL! On Saturday morning I called the salon to be informed that Katie has the weekend off but would be back on Monday and would be in touch. After the call I realised its a bank holiday Monday so would not receive a call till Tuesday which is the day of my appointment. What ever happened to an appointment book at reception with availability to book appointments without having to wait for a call that never happens. I am mostly disappointed that I was not called when they said they would. I have cancelled my appointment. I feel they really were not at all bothered about gaining more clientele. Very unprofessional attitude and huge lack of communication between staff. Will go elsewhere

Great place, lovely owner Laura, who cut my hair. New to the area, so was apprehensive, but I need not have worried. Re-booked already. Would definitely recommend.
