I don't go in there now one older woman is very offhand. i read the other reviews and I've had a similar experience.
My beautician suggested I see the pharmacist and while in a queue i asked this woman to see the pharmacist. She ignored my request and asked what the problem was over the counter with a long queue behind me. She then proceeded to tell in a loud voice it was caused by sweat.?.There were at least 3 people directly behind me
I suffer from kidney disease and I rarely sweat and this was not what was causing the irritation
I was so embarrassed I just left .Not an experience I am eager to repeat

Always a pleasure to come into this pharmacy which I have done for well over 30 years. Staff all so good at their job.

I would just like to congratulate everyone concerned with the service I received from all the staff I met. I was on holiday in the area and forgot my tablets this was resolved within 24 hours with my own doctor's help. The staff were so pleasant it was a pleasure to deal with them. Thanks again.

Absolutely brilliant service. I went for advice about a cut on my thumb that refused to heal and Cordelia took me through the steps needed to sort the problem and helped me clean and dress it. Thank you very much.

There is one remember of staff in this pharmacy who is particularly rude, they go about their job as if everything is too much trouble. They make no effort to even acknowledge customers or say hello or goodbye, just look at you when you approach the counter as if you are a massive inconvenience.When visiting a pharmacy customers are generally not feeling great, hence why they are there in the first place. Is it too much to ask to be served by someone who cares and who will use basic common decency when dealing with people?

Rude staff! No hello or thank you. I forgot my mask in my car and was rudely instructed to leave and find one. Came back and wasn't even spoken to or acknowledged. You may to consider staff training or rehiring.
