Bought my partner a pair of boots which, unfortunately, didn't fit. She struggles with her body image but the staff were amazing, they put her right at ease and had no issue spending the time to bring out many options. The staff are outstanding and we walked out with a new pair of boots and a happy, smiling partner.

Accompanied my granddaughter for her first pair of shoes!!! My granddaughter can be a little anxious with strangers but the young lady was just fantastic, quiet, quick and helpful. Our beautiful girl has gone home with TWO pairs of shoes after thoroughly enjoying her first( of many) shoe- shopping experience.

Very friendly staff who provide an excellent service. Great choice of shoes. If they don't have the style you like they can order in. Felt very safe in there with the cleanliness and social distancing.

Chose a pair of boots in the sale. The member of staff who served me was very friendly and approachable, I was told that I could return the boots if when I tried them on at home with a skirt I wasn't happy with them.
