I used to really recommend these but just if late have gone down hill with there attitude to customers and went to have my nails done asked for pink chrome and got silver I told him he said can't do pink I shown him my toes which were done the week before he said nothing but when I came out i realised one hand was silver one was pink so iv tried to get in touch but no reply think I'm gonna find somewhere else

I was very very pleased with the staff at USA nails they made me feel welcome and very comfortable as I had two really bad nails and they did an absolutely amazing job and I feel amazing with my feet and nails now would definitely recommend and will definitely go back again

if I could give zero stars I would.sent them pictures of nails I wanted they said yes fine they order it in and book a appointment. I had to cancel said appointment and move it later in week. all was goodI turn up they had no clue what nails I was on about I still had the chat to prove it. they didn't have my nails but still wanted to charge me 50 pounds to have a different design. no I want the design I sent its for my wedding it matches my future husbands waist coat.appalling customer service they didn't give a damn that they had wasted My time or day on this. I messaged the night before to say is it all OK still they could of told me they didn't have the design in instead of letting me go all this way for absolutely nothing.

made an appointment for two people to have pedicures. when we got there it was very busy so rebooked for 4pm.went back about 2pm and we were seen to almost straight away. Never had a peddy before but wow did I enjoy it I've never laughed at my future wifey so much as she is so tickleish, can't wait to go back.Thanks Chris and Rose xx

I am from Nottingham and I came to my holiday home up southview, this was my first time getting my nails done in Skegness. So basically I don't want to write a essay but the man in the shop made me cry and am not normally a person to cry but the way he shouted at me was really intimidating. I actually left the shop with half completed nails. I was just glad my children wasn't with me to see me get so upset and for that to happen. If I could put a video on here what happen it will have you all so shocked. The worst customer service ive ever seen. Anyway I went to the other nail shop just up the road and they calmed me down and they couldn't of been sorry enough even though it wasn't nothing to do with them. I will never step foot in USA nails again. VERY VERY VERY!! RUDE!! . And the the ladies that worked their didn't say anything to help defuse the situation. They let this man continue to shout at me.Go to the salon up the road ? 10 times better!
