I was really happy with the service that Hollie gave me. Chopped my long hair off and coloured it too. Also had time to dye my eyelashes and brows. I would happily recommend Top Knotch.

If I could give 0 I would of. Photos supplied are before after and what I was wanting. The yellow line on the before photo is where I asked the hairdresser (owner/manager) to not cut above as I am trying to grow it all out (above the yellow line was slightly longer than below the line as I previously had a skin fade) and shown the same pictures as provided. I got home to see that she has absolutely ruined my hair and returned to complain. On returning to complain I explained it wasn?t what I had asked for and said that she had ?ruined my hair? to which she replied ?well what do you want me to do? after a short exchange of her telling me that it was basically my fault because it was already short she then left a member of staff to talk to me as she walked off unwilling to listen. She then proceeded to follow me out of the door and claim that it didn?t matter anyway cause it will grow back in a week or two. Absolutely terrible haircut followed by disgusting customer service. As I said when being seated I knew she wouldn?t be able to do a skin fade, but I just wanted it off to where I had shown her at a 1 or 2 grade. To then completely lie and leave staff member to deal with the situation extremely poor management.

Ellyce was amazing!! I was able to fit in a last minute appointment and had my hair colored, cut and styled, nails plus eyebrows waxed. Friendly, welcoming, kind, clean and all round excellent experience. Highly recommend!

I have never been in a salon before and I am usually in a men's barber, so I didn't know what to expect and of course I was quite nervous being in a completely new environment but Top Notch made me feel welcome and comfortable.I was going for a men's perm and it turned out better than I had expected. I love it! However, I would've liked some information to how to care for my perm, when to wash and how to avoid pulling it out. Although, I would definitely recommend Top Notch.
