You Cannot buy with confidence from these guys and their customer service is appaling.
Purchased a cycling suit online and on arrival the inner package had previously been opened and the tags were not attached to the item so i think it had been previously tried on by another customer. When it didnt fit i applied for the return within 15 minitues of delivery and returned the item in the same condition, however they are now claiming its been worn (dont get me started on their customer service) so buy at your peril

All I can say is thank goodness these sales assistants don't work on commission!
I brought three children into the store to buy trainers for.. One child is severely disabled so I really couldn't leave him whilst hunting for help in getting the correct sizes.
The lack of assistance was appalling, I asked five people for shoe sizes etc and each time, once I'd managed to find someone, they brought me the size I asked for and buggered off before I had a chance to say 'too big or too small'
Even buying a bag today was a miserable experience, not so much as a hello from the cashier.
Staff training is definitely required in customer support and care.
I presume you want customer retention?

Went in to buy a cheap pair of work boots as the caravan site I was staying on had started getting muddy.There was a good selection and I was in and out in 5 minutes. It also seemed to be laid out better than other Sports Direct stores I've been in. Staff were friendly also.

We shop a lot in sports direct and always happy with our things however we went into the Skegness sports direct and was served by a very rude member of staff who sarcastically said that they don?t do blue light discount and love2shop vouchers, we will not be shopping at the Sports Direct Skegness again!

Don't buy on line there returns policy is ridiculous especially in store bought a pair of trainers for the wife as a gift. Tried to get a refund to be told that the prices on line is more expensive than in store a 3rd less in store and you can only get store credit or exchange if they have them. Plus then there's the postage to return them to the online site is an extra cost of £4.99. Will not be ordering any more from sport direct rip off

I returned 1 item out of 4 I purchase did not fit me properly was refused a refund was told by the older short blonde hair women it's you fault for not trying it on very rudly so you have to take a credit note I explained to her I had just had operation on my shoulder so had to try it on a home with some help I demanded a refund she walked off for a few mins came back said I will refund this time but never again said that's fine because of your attitude I will never come to sports direct again. She could not care less, staff like this are killing your business

Very bad material of trainers and pants and rude ladies didn't helpful at all , and when i returnd back the trainers its very bad material its get cut after 4 days use they didn't give me my money back on my account but give me voucher to force me buy from them again and i make order online to avoid buy from the shop and they cancelled my order after one week waitimg my order and didn't refund me the delivery fee just the amount on voucher againReally bad experience never buy from them you will lose your money and didn't get responding from themDidn't deserve the one star
