Great service fast and efficient. No waiting around, very helpful and kind optometrist who made me laugh. Great help finding new frames and lens choices. All done and dusted in less than an hour, even had my ears checked out.

Absolutely shocking, the optician was great, but the lady that helped my wife was shocking, my wife needed verifocals form the first time, alls the lady wanted to do was sell us the most expensive products and didn?t listen to our needs, she priced the glasses at £350 and said we can have free sunglasses which we didn?t want, we only wanted one pair and she kept on but they are free, and said if money is an issue can we borrow it from someone, ?money wasn?t the issue the service was and we had a golden ticket and she said that?s worthless. Great, we left none the wiser, went into Boots and showed them our prescription, they sat us down explained our options with no hard sale, we bought the same product and much better service for £219, we will never enter. Spec savers again!
