Amanda burrows is a absolute legend there. Tony err unknown surname, Nite staff tho is also sound there, the 2 mark's their are good & Lorraine who was only a receptionist when I first attended witham lodge is now a manager there. I can still remember that she helped me with me getting my dog back in my life there via a quiet whisper from her saying to ask to move into another cluster. So a big thank you Lorraine. I also think that Amanda burrows is from the same area as I grew up in which is the rough of Tamworth 15miles from Birmingham. To me it is the Birmingham overspill lol.
Anyway all I have mentioned here deserve an award, so keep up the great work you lot

Bad review. Same problem. Just enquiring about services in hope to volunteer my time. I was treated appallingly by the manager. Very disappointed let down. Did not stick to the Salvation Army Mission Statement.

A pleasant accommodation is spoiled by £900 per month rent, a good team of staff is balanced by a nasty manager who is sure to make everyoneâ??s stay the same same. Has potential to be a good service.
