Brilliant team of dispensers and counter staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Medication always ready when I call in to collect it. Don't always receive a text to say my meds are ready but, a quick phone call to the pharmacy to check saves a wasted trip into town. Keep up the good work.... ?

Really slow service, said 15mins to wait and was waiting half an hour. They was promising the repeat prescription as coming. Had 5-6 staff on. Still very slow. Nearly filled the pharmacy up people waiting.

Recently started using their ?hey pharmacist? app and the first month I was waiting to be text to go pick up my repeat prescription and on the day I took my last tablet of my precious prescription I went to Rowlands to see if they had my prescription ready and they had so I took it, 2 days later I got a text advising me my prescription was ready to be picked up so if I?d waited I?d of run out of medicine, roll forward to now and I?ve taken my last pill again (ordered my prescription on the 24th December) and still no text to tell me to go pick up my prescription, they are closed today and also tomorrow so I?m definitely going to go one day without my medicine and I may just leave it until they do eventually text me just to see how long it takes, I have in the past week downloaded and opened an account with Boots so I?ll be ordering from them the next time my repeat prescription is ready to be ordered, hopefully they will be able to inform me when my prescription is due to be picked up.

Two visits now where we were not locals but they were very obliging, efficient and prompt with processing our prescriptions in an emergency. Very polite team and thank you all.
