Rude, short haired lady on self checkout, snatched my red bull and deleted it because my son scanned the shopping. If I hadn't of had my mum's shopping which she needed I would have left her putting it all back on the shelves. Oh and if the weight of an item isn't right be prepared to be barged out the way!

Very unprofessional staff who is standing near by the billing machine and controlling everyone like cash only and card only there (lady with short hair) ? she behave so badly when I asked for a product which bought a day back. But she behaved so badly not even loooking into the product and said she can?t do the refund even though i submitted the receipt of the product purchase. No more visit to Poundland skegness. I have escalated my complaint to the Poundland team.

Very rude member of staff at the door Sunday morning 9:59am. Pulling out stock and doors open. Looked like she wanted to hit me and said grumpily that ?we don?t open til 10 lovely? how patronising. Pleased I didn?t spend my money on this shop Poundland going downhill like Woolworths, dirty old shops. Home bargains and others all the way.

I was able to use my colleague discount card. Yes I was asked for ID to make sure it was me using it. But it worked
