“I was greeted by a smiling Adam then served before and after my appointment by Jade,,,, who was doing a fantastic job juggling 2 or 3 customers at once ,,,, she gave me lots of good advice and had such good customer care skills she made me feel well looked after,,, then with the help of Kieran they found me a perfect pair of glasses and wasn’t at all bothered that I was taking time,,, those 2 are a dream team. I also had some interaction with Jake who was also lovely.
All 4 are an asset to your company especially Jade.

“Brilliant team of dispensers and counter staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Medication always ready when I call in to collect it. Don't always receive a text to say my meds are ready but, a quick phone call to the pharmacy to check saves a wasted trip into town. Keep up the good work.... ?”

“Lovely little old fashioned pharmacy. One of those that have time for their customers.and there questions. The staff are always mega polite. Shop is always clean. Only thing I'd say needs working on is the front windows. The joy of being a hundred yards from the sea means the glass is always covered in sand lol.”
