Would be a zero if I could put put that. Ordered a tablet on 13/08/2023 to pick up in store, couldn't pick it up. Wa told it would be returned in 7 days, now 24/09/2023 and order is still showing in store and now they won't answer any calls. Customer services can't even sort out their mess. Only option is now legal advice. Never been in a more incompetent store.

Excellent service by Steve, bought a new phone and he transferred everything from my old one. Very quick, efficient and very helpful. All the staff are very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Poor staff, long waits , tried to rip me off with a 1gb sim for £10, left and got 20gb for £15. Be careful they want as much money as possible for minimum effort on thier part-avoid !

Want to share my experience today went into 02 in Skegness the other day and upgraded my phone had to pop back today as I couldn't get my emails I was served by a lovely man called Scott I have to say he was very knowledgeable in what my problem was so thank you Scott for all your help many thanks ?

I'm an existing customer and wanted a second connection and for that to be a tablet. I didn't end up getting one due to having none in stock. I didn't want a different model as I'd done all my research on the one that wasn't available but rather than rush me or convince me to purchase a different one they could see I was getting stressed. (haha) they kindly gave me contact numbers for sales /upgrade teams at O2 HQ and advised me what to say and ask to help secure the iPad I wanted. I was grateful for the 2 lads taking this approach and it's why I would definitely recommend that store and the advisors to my friends and family members. They were genuinely helpful and had a "no pressurised sale" atmosphere and vibe going. They knew the specific iPad I was after suited my needs. Sadly wasn't available but I got sorted after following their advice and ringing the numbers they gave me. Cheers!

Patrick was extremely helpful and advises where necessary. Also, he's very down to earth kinda guy. He's very knowledgeable about his work, Patrick is a great asset to the o2 company, but wotever u do, don't let him go.
