Pharmacist is absolutely disgusting! I was on holiday and brought my wrong inhaler. I rang 111 who sent an emergency prescription for it to morrisons pharmacy. I travelled to skegness after ringing morrisons to make sure they had the prescription 111 sent. (Which they did!) When I got there the Pharmacist refused to give me my inhaler! He told me to ring 111 back, so I did. the operator didn't understand why he refused and ask to speak to the Pharmacist. He then refused to speak to the 111 operator and turned his back on me. Freaking out as my chest was tightening 111 then sent another emergency prescription to Boots on Lumly road. Where I got my inhaler straight away. (Amazing polite service) Absolutely horrible service from morrisons Pharmacist. no compassion, no understanding and just a vile man who shouldn't even be able to call himself a pharmacist. NEVER GO HERE! Avoid Avoid!

The treatment from the staff is absolutely disgusting, the big blonde woman behind the counter should work in a funeral home not the public. I was in an absolutely horrible pain and she couldn't care less. I felt so awful like I was something under her shoe, no compassion whatsoever

I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. I called ahead to inquire about purchasing Mounjaro Kwikpen 5mg, and I was assured over the phone that they had it in stock. I drove 50 minutes to the shop, only to be told upon arrival that they couldn't sell it to me without a doctor's prescription. This requirement was never mentioned during our initial conversation. If they had this strict policy, they should have informed me before I wasted my time and gas driving all the way there. It was incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and clarity from this pharmacy. I will not be returning and I do not recommend their services to anyone else.

never experienced such vile customer service in my life from people who are trained to have understanding and compassion with people with life long illnesses. came on holiday with my children, forgot my tablets because im human and was told they havent got time to deal with me, even though my prescription was sent to them directly from 111. Then when i became distressed as i need my tablets as i am really poorly without them, then the manger told me it was my own fault for forgetting my tablets and turned her back to me. i will be taking this further as a complaint. if your on holiday AVOID AVOID this place as its run by hillbillys who have never been taught manors.

The worst pharmacy in skegness very rude unhelpful and no care at all. I'm a palliative care patient and waited 4 days for my prescription even though NHS app says they have had it 4 days ago been fobbed of on 3 occasions trying to collect it. Enough is enough time to change pharmacy.

A SHAME THERE ISN'T A ZERO STAR RATING OPTION.AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!Always excessive waiting times. Staff are too slow and they are inefficient, regular saying ' I'll just have to get a colleague to check to see if we have stock of your medication ' when all they have to do is look on the shelves!! And they smirk at you when you ask for return of prescription so you can go elsewhere because you are fed up of waiting.
