Was well looked after when we attended. During a long journey, warning light came on indicating a puncture. Was very relieved they managed to fit us in straight away as a walk in and fixed the puncture making it more cost effective than replacing the tire. They sorted it straight away and we were able to enjoy our holiday.

Very poor customer service. The staff member was rude and unprofessional. While working on my car, he broke a plastic pin in the boot and never mentioned it to me. He only addressed the original issue I came in for, but when it came to the repair, he offered just one option instead of explaining alternatives or giving me a choice. The lack of communication and transparency left me very disappointed with both the service and the attitude

I had an emergency on Sunday as I discovered a nail in my tyre causing a slow puncture. I had a 3 HR drive ahead and didn't want to be risk a blow out. These guys fitted me in even though they were fully booked. New tyre fitted and on my way within 2hrs. Thanks so much

Even though the team were clearly busy they fit us in the day after we phoned to recharge our air conditioning unit.
They were friendly and efficient and the price was reasonable too. Now we can travel home from our holiday in air conditioned comfort which is especially great for the children and the dog.

I had a punctured tyre and took it to Kwik-Fit Skegness. Aidan and Dan couldn't have been more helpful. They quickly repaired the tyre and gave great advice. Highly recommend using them.

Popped in while on holiday to get rear tyres replaced and engine protector tray came off while coming off the ramp - staff were brilliant and went out of their way to resecure it! Considering there were only 2 staff on a Sunday and it was quite busy, they were very helpful and polite! Would definitely use again if in the area.
