We bought vinyl laminate from he and it scuffed badly inside a fortnight. After fomplaining the manager said he would give us a care kit as a gesture of good will. We were then told by a member of staff that they don?t do care kits. Won?t bother again

I can not fault the customer service i received here today. Id just caught the shop before they closed. Wasn't quiet sure on what id been sent for. The lad that served me was extremely patient and found exactly what i was looking for. All with a smile. Will definitely go back for future projects requirements..

Ordered some slabs and sharp sand for a delivery Monday before 10am. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances my delivery was going to be late. The branch manager contacted me to advise me of this so I was in the full picture. Excellent customer service, when the driver arrived he was excellent put my delivery exactly where I wanted it.I highly recommend Jewson @Skegness.
