As long term customers of the Skegness branch we have always found the staff to be welcoming, pleasant and professional. It is reassuring to be treated in such a patient and understanding way. Particularly helpful recently was Sue Biggs.

My sister and I contacted Susan Biggs following the death of our mother.
Sue made a bereavement appointment for us and met with us to complete the necessary paperwork.
At all times Sue has been compassionate, caring, informative and empathic. She handled a difficult situation with such care that it made everything feel so much more bearable for us both.
Sue followed up with us and kept us informed. She went the extra mile by checking how things were progressing and doing what she could to make this as smooth as possible for us.
Sue also met with us and our Mum two years ago when we lost our Dad and showed the same amazing qualities then.
Sue is an amazing woman and always goes above and beyond, ensuring customers are treated the way she would want her own family to be treated.
This extra attention means so much at a time when you are trying to process loss while dealing with all the legal elements that a loss brings.
What an amazing asset Sue is to HSBC!!!

I scheduled an appointment earlier this week (which was super easy to do) and had a lovely session with Sue Biggs. We walked through my savings options, opening a global money account and the HSBC app. I wasn?t expecting to leave with so many useful insights and tools. Thank you Sue & HSBC team.

I have visited the branch today to sort out my credit card issue, Because I tried use the card today unfortunately it doesn't work,there was an issue with related to my card last year October 2024 and HSBC staff confirmed it was all sorted out unfortunately it doesn't sort out.Then I met Romel at HSBC Skegness branch today afternoon and he was called to fraud department and we were on the phone almost like one hour with the call and finally he sort out my issue and replaced the card and it will be delivered to branch next week.I will highly recommend Romel and he was really helpful and he is an asset to the branch.Happy with HSBC

Twice now I've needed to discuss delicate matters . Twice I've been lucky enough to speak with Sue. Each time, Sue has been patient and understanding, dealing with the matter professionally and efficiently.
I couldn't have asked for more.

I visited The branch with my wifi to Apply for a Personal Loan and staff Romel he helped me with loan application and its Approved however he asistenta with me online savings accounts and he opened me an Online Bonus account and transfer additional loan amount to toate Online savings account.Romel îs helpfull.

Highly recommended HSBC Skegness branch and staff who assisted (Romel & Sue ) Helped me to arranged my Fixed Rate ISA account without having any issues.They are very much knowledgeable on the product and advised me in all other opportunities as well.However Romel Helped to refer me to a wealth manager as well as I need to have further discussion with related to an Investment opportunities with HSBC.

Hadn't amazing experience with the team at Skegness. Ramal was so kind and patient whilst he sorted all my banking queries. He also helped me find a much better savings account which he kindly helped me open. He was very friendly and approachable, a fantastic credit to your team. Its was a great service provided by the HSBC Bank.Skegness.I went to upgrade my account and everything went well smoothly and staff [ Sue] helped me to open a savings account and Global Money account and she helped to direct with the HSBC mobile app.
