“I visited today in my power chair. It was very easy to navigate around the store- there are two ramps so you can go to the different levels. Staff were all very friendly and happy to oblige- offering to move anything in my way (but nothing was as they clearly were mindful of access).”

“We've just had a delivery. As usual the driver was very helpful. Our house isn't accessible from the road, so he carefully loaded it onto pallets so we can get it up our path with a pallet truck.”
