Terrible service!!! Sold me a picture silver frame, walked out the shop opened the box and checked it; was all pitted and scratched you could see the black layer under the silver paint I went straight back in to return it , lady at till rude and hostile called over another member of staff who claimed "I personally don't see a problem with it" after revealing it was an exdisplay item , if you only have 1 left and it's the display model make your customer aware of this try do a deal don't try selling something that isn't brand new and blatently old and tatty then refute any issues when it's taken back , once I recieved my refund I told them it was clearly damaged and they new full well could have pointed out 5 more things wrong with it not to mention the glue slap on the stand , was going to return to buy wall lights but won't be spending any money in this store if their so desperate and petty over a £15 refund hate to see what their like if u buy a bigger item and find issues with it (update) your unprofessional response is a clear example of the way you treat your customers if someone wants to return something they're fully entitled to do so childish insults like keyboard worrior when I returned it and stated my opinion in person to your face ,how pathetic, politly accept the refund when u try palm off damaged items , so you want customers to carefully check old display items before they intend to buy a brand new product ?????

After buying a couple of ceiling lamp shades from Heat n Light a few months ago, we had a problem with one of them.I called Sharon and explained the problem. She told me to bring them in and we can discuss a way forward. Sharon served us with polite efficiency and we came away fully satisfied with our resolution. As locals to Skegness for over 4 decades this local business deserves every continued success. This professional. courteous service must not go unnoticed.
