Called in to halfords skegness today for a chip doing on our range rover went in about half 3 today asked a assistant sorry don't know his name he came out said yes he could do it so my husband went into the shop to look at the touch up paint while our windscreen was getting repaired ,he picked up 1 touch up paint looked at it put it back down picked up another put it down looked in book to see if there's a number on them then my husband was on his way to the door to be approached by a young lad who works there telling him to get the touch up paint out of his pocket he said to my husband you know what I'm on about so i took my phone out of my right pocket ,my wallet out of my left pocket told him a few times to search me then he said you knew you was getting searched so you've put it
Down,so I then told him to look at cameras and then got told not to go back in shop because he was barred but the chip on the windscreen was getting sorted by another member of staff not happy at all how we was treated as we was spending money we will not be going in any more but just won't to thank the assistant who did our windscreen iv worked in retail 25 yrs and I know for a fact you've to wait while they get out side and disgusted how my husband was treated.

Very helpful assistants (Rich and Aidan) gave advice on our battery, and advice going forward. Both very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable, Aidan found exactly what we needed with no fuss

Great service today the shop was extremely busy but the staff fixed my tyre on my E bike not the easiest as it was my back wheel very grateful for a quick and polite service thank you.

I was impressed by the advice given about the chip damage to my car windscreen the staff member examined the damage and offered a repair service at my convenience I returned a few days later and the repair was carried out promptly and professionally and I am happy with the result overall an excellent experience

An inexperience person swapped my car battery. positive terminal should be disconnected last. Negative first. Sparks were flying when his ratchet spanner made contact between positive terminal and a negative terminal on the inner shock absorber top. Luckily there does not seem to be any electrical damage. Train your staff in health and safety when disconnecting a battery

Disgraceful. Your bike tech refused to take Scottish notes as 'store policy.' I found this disrespectful and frankly unacceptable, I'd used the same notes my entirely holiday but not here... I explained I was an ex halfords employee and had taken English & Irish notes no hassle in my old branch in Dumfries, often commenting with my then manager at the interesting range we would recieve, at this point he dismissed me and just asked for alternative payment, I explained I had budgetted my holiday in cash and would rather not, dismissed again. I asked to speak to the branch manager, again refused and he had a conversation through his headset to reiterate his refusal. No motoring club ask, no ask to assist with my oil top up when i was only buying oil and a funnel and barely another customer about, no car check offered, only hostility. Made to feel like a lesser customer because of my nationality. I took great pride in my former employment with this brand and have had customer loyalty with them since. I feel this will no longer be the case after this absolutely abhorrent customer service. What a shit end to a holiday.

Popped into Halfords on Friday 8 August and the female member of staff who helped me find the right pump for my daughter?s bike was absolutely brilliant. She was extremely helpful and patient and so knowledgeable about all things bikes - I had no idea!!!

Fantastic service from Sharron yesterday when we called in to have a look at the dashcams as the one we had, Nextbase, was broken. She was really knowledgeable and we eventually brought the Nextbase 422GW. She helped set it up for us....good job too as our SD card stopped working so we purchased a new one. She showed me how it works, going through all the options which really helped. Brilliant service.
