Terrible, if could put zero stars I would. Customer service was non existent, went in with my daughter and 2 grandsons. My daughter?s engagement ring which she got on Christmas Day, has already lost a stone in it.
The lady said that it has to be sent away and will take 3 weeks, to be tested to see if it is a fault of my daughters, or a fault with the ring!!!
When we questioned this, and said that you are supposed to wear your engagement ring everyday, the lady showed us her costume jewellery ring and said if she taps it on the side one of the claws could break? and proceeded to tap it on the side!! I was wearing my engagement ring which I have done every day for over 10 years and banged it on the side to show that the claws of the ring had. not snapped nor had the diamond fallen out, her customer service was so bad, even my 9 years and banged old grandson commented on how rude she was.
I wanted to purchase a necklace from there, but after that service I am going to go somewhere else. No wonder the shop was empty

Brought a bangle online from H.samuel so visited the store to have it engraved. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Was given a warm welcome and put at ease upon entering. Store was clean and tidy, great service

Excellent beautiful and helpful staff. Nothing if forced upon you and the staff can't do enough to help. The shop itself is well presented and easy to browse. Security is helpful but very discreet. The manageress has good knowledge and the staff work well together.

Visited the Skegness store before closing time and was served by Trudy who helped me find the perfect wedding band! Trudy helped me order the ring to a store closer to home and assisted me in purchasing warranty. She was kind, helpful and genuinely cared; excellent service!

Disgusting quality! My partner bought a set of two engagement rings, and both had a diamond fall out of it. They made me pay to send it back to be replaced - instead of paying for the return. They also refused to accommodate for the poor quality & individual circumstances in any way, showing no sense of remorse. I have had to spend over £100 just on returns.Absolutely awful place.
