Terrible, if could put zero stars I would. Customer service was non existent, went in with my daughter and 2 grandsons. My daughter’s engagement ring which she got on Christmas Day, has already lost a stone in it.
The lady said that it has to be sent away and will take 3 weeks, to be tested to see if it is a fault...

Brought a bangle online from H.samuel so visited the store to have it engraved. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Was given a warm welcome and put at ease upon entering. Store was clean and tidy, great service
