The rowing machine has been broken down for many weeks now in a small gym already with not enough resistance machines to work out all muscles. You wouldn't expect this from a big company like Haven. Makes me consider cancelling my membership & joining another gym that does fix things.

Staff friendly and supportive.Area is welcoming.You can work out without feeling intimidated.I actually enjoy my time there.

It's okay. Most annoying things are the music can be too loud often & the blue tissue to wipe down machines after you've got sweat on them from working out is never available.
