My car had damage to the rear! Got in touch with FIX AUTO they organised an estimate, courtesy car and a date! Thank you to you all so very friendly and helpful and did an absolutely brilliant job you wouldn't know I had a prang - you're amazing/clever!!! Went here to sort a car belonging to a friend, I got the advice and I passed it on. I also enquired about my own vehicle that had work done by them and I wanted some advice which I was told they would give me a call within a couple of days, 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the call!

In late March on a dark evening on the way into work I struck a badger that suddenly ran out in front of me...luckily I wasn't going fast just under 50 mph and the badger even ran off after..it appeared to get caught up in the wheel arch an slip put without being kilked thankfully..so I had some serious damage done to my all plastic front of my Renault..so I contacted my insurance aegis an requested a claim..all that side of things went smooth easy an without much dramas...FIX AUTO Skegness was the approved contractor..so they contacted me an said I will gave to wait till July for parts an a hire car..so patiently I waited for July..the time came an they collected my car an left a decent hire car..a seat ,a nifty little piece I dark red...2 weeks I had the hire car whilst they brought my Renault back up to standards..the end result is my car is fantastic got all new parts an is driving world class again luckily..the whole service from front to back was effortless an easy....I would suggest using FIX AUTO if you've got body damage to your vehicle....Great team.great job I'm really very pleased...

After a phone call to them, arranged for a temporary repair to the body work on my car so I could MOT it, car passed and full repair in 3 weeks time. Good friendly service.
