The first girl laura told me three lies and rushed me into ticking the box (contract) also she ticked the next button on the terms and conditions.
When i confronted her she denied all,
There should be laws to protect us from sneaky people like that.
Now I have a contract for two years that i don't need or want,
EE never again you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Sam the manager has tried to help but ee is taking money from my account like nobodys business,
Should off gone to O2 .

Skegness staff not up to much

Took my flip phone in last month and was treated appallingly by the manger Sam I appreciate flip phones have issues and the fault lies with Samsung but that said i dont appreciate being shouted at and spoke to like a child in a very full shop, the ladies sat next to me commented on her tone of voice, I left the shop extremely upset I was so upset that I did not collect my phone until my partner was able to come with me so my phone was not collected for a couple of weeks after it was returned, fixed I may add and working better than when it was sent away somthing I was told would not be possible by sam,

Lol, no recent reviews because nobody hardly goes there. Didn't know what was on their App, website and weren't able to phone customer services, as they are a franchise (since told this is incorrect by EE). 3 vacant staff playing on their phones. Had just spent £50 with EE to buy a sim...will need to travel now another 40 miles and waste another day to get it working.
