Very nice to see traditional bakery still existent I would recommend this place to anybody the food was absolutely beautiful out of this world. The stuff was so friendly and polite made you feel like wanting to go back for more delicious food. I went back twice to buy their wonderful, lovely cheese straws and their pork and apple roll was absolutely beautiful i?ll give this place 10 out of 10 for service for presentation. Would recommend to anyone to try thank you guys keep up the good work. I will see you soon.

Brilliant bakery that had plenty of selection! Went for a pink iced finger and cappuccino, which was lovely! My best mate went for 4 sausage rolls for £1.70 which was a bargain!! Staff were lovely aswell! Sad to see so many low reviews as genuinely had a lovely lady serve me! Would 100% use Cooplands rather than the greggs down the road!

Food was nice but didn?t have everything we wanted, went on 2 occasions. Staff were friendly but on the second occasion we went a staff member pushed the rubbish down in the bin with her hands and then started putting rashers of bacon on the trays without washing her hands.

I bought a chicken bake from the shop.It is called a bake for a reason,it should be hot.It was given to me cold,which I only realised when I left the shop.I went back in the shop and asked them to warm it up for me in the microwave.They said they couldn't due to government regulations.I chucked it in the binThat was very,very bad customer service.The young lady that served me should be sacked.I don't like leaving negative reviews,but this shop deserves one.Only go there if you like cold bakes.

The lady that served me yesterday was very helpful, I was on my mobility scooter so she came round to fetch my money and bring my change, she couldn't have been any nicer. I will certainly be going again.

I don't mean to complain but the older lady of the 2 today was very slow, and the younger lady who served me spoke very quietly so I didn't even know what she was saying mostly, she didn't ask me if I had a cooplands card or wanted a receipt so I don't know how much I've paid and how much for each item & she walked off before we had even given her our order. Very poor service. May not even return again now as the service was so bad.

Not good experience! felt I was asking too much for a ham sandwich , Cooplands is nice but maybe need to look more at who are serving for them seemed very rude couldn?t be bothered

This is the finest bakery in the area of Skegness. We came here on the 22nd of June 2023, and I must say the produce here is first class. There is always lots of choice and the bread is amazing. There is lots of different types of Teacakes or bread baps or any other bread products that you might need. The pies here are also fantastic and I can highly recommend this place to everybody. The staff are really lovely and friendly and it?s a pleasure to go and see them each time. We need anything from there. This is also fully wheelchair accessible and I?m sure you will agree if you visit it that it is the best in the area. Please give this a try. You won?t be disappointed.
