“Myself and my daughter went to Halfords Skegness on Sunday 4 February. We were greeted by Sharron, assisted by Rich.Within 10 minutes of arrival, Sharron and Rich had the tool box out, speedily fitting the much needed new battery on the car, air was put in the tyres after checking the pressure of them. The screen wash topped up, the troublesome light bulb removal done and replaced.Rich also checked the alternater after fitting the new battery, assuring us it was working as should be.The service provided from both Sharron and Rich was above and beyond what we expected. My daughter left very happy with the issues we arrived with resolved.Note for Sharron, 4 new tyres are being put on tomorrow!! Thank you both so much.”

“I visited this store looking for black denim shorts, I spoke to Kelly who was lovely, happy and helpful. There were no shorts this style in store however she encouraged me to take a look online with her, she found just what I was looking for and made suggestions on the style best suited to me. Kelly went above and beyond to help, the shorts arrived yesterday & are perfect! Lovely little store, great staff.”

“What can I say about this frozen food retailer that would benefit new shoppers. I went to the Immingham store which is huge. Freezers everywhere stocked with all types of goodies at very good prices. The chicken portions are 3 packs for £12.00 great for BBQS or an evening meal.”

She was incredibly helpful,professional and polite, even when she was unsure, she got another staff member who was on his break, to assist. Dianne is an absolute asset to the store and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.”

“Went in to buy a cheap pair of work boots as the caravan site I was staying on had started getting muddy.There was a good selection and I was in and out in 5 minutes. It also seemed to be laid out better than other Sports Direct stores I've been in. Staff were friendly also.”

“Shocking customer service! The young man on the till needs some serious intervention before you lose a lot of customers especially when you are situated right next to a more affordable sports direct! Not only was he disrespectful to my face as a customer he was also derogative in the way he updating his manager when I requested for her input and furthermore being a moaning minny to his colleague while customers are listening. Apparently the Consumers Right Act does not apply to your company because its not in your policies. Maybe you need to either ensure your policies abide by the law, or you need to provide training to your staff! I will add the manager was helpful in the end and I got my exchange she was professional.”
