Skegness CEX staff have magic skills. They have spells which turn Royal Mail into super heroes. I ordered a Blu Ray online at 3pm on Tuesday of Easter week, it was dispatched from CEX Skegness almost immediately. I received it the following day at 12pm on a 'Royal Mail 48' label parcel. That's the first time ever Royal Mail have delivered a parcel to me ahead of schedule, and is proof of CEX Skegness magical capabilities. Thanks guys! I wasn't expecting it till Saturday (if I was lucky).

Went in on Thursday, was interested in an android phone, and was going to buy it. The chap behind the counter advised me not to as my current phone had better spec. He could have easily taken my money. Really appreciate the honesty, rare in this day and age. Big thumbs up from me

If I could give a zero I would. Half the staff in this place have a chip on there shoulder and are rude. They don't buy products when it's the same as the ones on there website or they give you less money and tell you it's a different item. Definitely avoid

Absolute joke.Went in to buy a tablet. We saw multiple options available on display. There were 4 guys working. All of them were 'busy' bubble wrapping things and chatting. After a while of waiting, the store was empty except for us, I finally approached them and asked for help. One of the guys asked what we were after, I said a tablet, he asked if we wanted apple or andriid. I said android, I then moved towards the display, thinking that the guy would point me to a decide or continue the conversation, but no! I was ignore again. The guy started chatting with his friends immediately and didn't move from his spot. We waited another 15 minutes without anyone acknoqledging us a d left.Missed out on the business as we were really ready to buy one of the samsung tablet. Not sure if that's how a business should be run.
