I visited today in my power chair. It was very easy to navigate around the store- there are two ramps so you can go to the different levels. Staff were all very friendly and happy to oblige- offering to move anything in my way (but nothing was as they clearly were mindful of access).

Good price for what I got only problem I had was I paid for a delivery to my door an extra £20 for it to go round the courner but I live in a flat on the first floor just me and my hubby weâ??re not majorly strong people plus I was at work, he asked a member if staff politely if they can help him get it up the first flight of stairs only about 12 steps but the delivery man refused and said if we want he will take it back and we will have to get a smaller one we can carry I found this really rude since I paid £20 for it to be delivered to my door and it simply wasnâ??t to my door I found this extreamly rude other than this I was happy with my purchase as when I was in the store the gentleman that served me was extreamly kind compared to the delivery man which Iâ??ve been told by others that they have had no problem of the delivery man to help them take it up the stairs
