I was greeted by a smiling Adam then served before and after my appointment by Jade,,,, who was doing a fantastic job juggling 2 or 3 customers at once ,,,, she gave me lots of good advice and had such good customer care skills she made me feel well looked after,,, then with the help of Kieran they found me a perfect pair of glasses and wasn?t at all bothered that I was taking time,,, those 2 are a dream team. I also had some interaction with Jake who was also lovely.
All 4 are an asset to your company especially Jade.
It was an absolute pleasure to meet the team.

I rang this store as a friend had purchased some expensive glasses from there and he was in so much discomfort causing bruising on bridge of nose , plus he is going through a massive traumatic experience needing a lot of support. I rang the store and spoke to Alex , I explained the problem and also the position my friend is in and his mental health state and also this person is elderly and unfortunately permanently in a wheel chair also believing he has to put up with these ill fitting glasses that are adding to his stress . Alex was very polite, friendly listened to the problem I had presented to him and replied by saying he could make my friend an appointment and he would personally try and help . The appointment was attend and my friend was greeted on his arrival and the whole experience was so positive for him Alex went above and beyond for him , he was treated with the upmost respect , my friend was very comfortable with Alex , my friend said it's really difficult going in somewhere to purchase glasses on your own being a man and disabled but felt such a relief after his appointment as Alex had given him the time and made him feel so much better about himself. My friend called me after the appointment to tell me how he had got on and I could hear in his voice how ,much better he felt and the whole experience was so positive and how well he was treated, I cannot thank Alex enough for going that extra mile this person is a credit to the company.
