All this place wants to do is sell. Forget aftersales service. I bought a Nokia phone from them online. I mainly bought it because it came with a second phone free. Payed for straight away and collected. Still waiting for the second phone to arrive. Got in touch with Argos, who said it was Nokias fault so I have to get in touch with them. Great, so you sell someone elses product, but dont take responsibility when they dont keep their part of the deal. Not being funny but Argos is basically a catalogue selling other manufacturers goods. How can they blatantly shirk their responsibilities to customers?

I brought a new bike for my son with his pocket moneyI put it together to find the bike was to bigI returned to shop after 7 days and the rude worker said can't return untill I put all rapping card polythene ect back together which is impossible,?Please don't use this store as has become a modern scamming outlet

Absolutely rubbish service. Bought a tv 17 months ago and completely broke even though only used in a holiday home. Went in yesterday with receipt but not tv to see why our options were and lady looked on the system without tv as it?s big and was told to take tv in for a refund or exchange so went back today with tv and was told completely different and got to send off for repair which takes two weeks to be picked up from Argos and can?t tell us how much ? never buy from Argos again

Wouldn't let me park in the staff car park to collect my very heavy item. Was told to park on double yellow lines outside. Needless to say I cancelled my order.

Staff are rude and arrogant, had to return a ring which is so thin in a certain area it snapped and bent so easily, staff made it a nightmare returning were incredibly rude and confrontational outright said we would never get a refund basically said it was our fault and it won't be covered under the manufacturers warranty (so they manufactured and designed it intentionally to break and not be fit for purpose?....) said we would have to most likely pay for the repair and postage of the ring. Yet within a few days of it being sent off the manufacture said straight away here's a full refund no hesitation atall. Why the staff in argos are so militant i do not know. (Also basically said if we didn't want it to break we should have brought a more expensive ring / this was a 9ct white gold ring with real diamonds , like to know where the argos employee buys her rings , you buy a cheaper one a fraction of the cost from Warren James or Pandora and still get quality they last for years regardless of the price they should be designed to be durable enough to serve their purpose

I went into the store today to purchase an item with a Love To Shop e-voucher. As I wasn't entirely sure of the process I asked a member of staff for assistance.Dianne went above and beyond! She was incredibly helpful,professional and polite, even when she was unsure, she got another staff member who was on his break, to assist. Dianne is an absolute asset to the store and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.
