The manager Louise (I?m 90% sure of the name) went above and beyond to put together my pushchair for my toddler in store so we could go about our day.

Purchased a switch on Friday, and I have to say Jules was great at her job! Very knowledgeable and reassuring helped me with insurance and even a reservation the day before for a product I had been after!
She gave me all the best info about the product and was really happy to answer any questions I had. What a brilliant hard worker. I'm enjoying my console. Thank you for making my day. You are awesome!

Purchased an ottoman bed and mattress from Argos, the frame of the bed was faulty and now still waiting for overdue parts which is crap as I have guests turning up to stay, it would have been quicker to order a new

All this place wants to do is sell. Forget aftersales service. I bought a Nokia phone from them online. I mainly bought it because it came with a second phone free. Payed for straight away and collected. Still waiting for the second phone to arrive. Got in touch with Argos, who said it was Nokias fault so I have to get in touch with them. Great, so you sell someone elses product, but dont take responsibility when they dont keep their part of the deal. Not being funny but Argos is basically a catalogue selling other manufacturers goods. How can they blatantly shirk their responsibilities to customers?

Absolutely rubbish service. Bought a tv 17 months ago and completely broke even though only used in a holiday home. Went in yesterday with receipt but not tv to see why our options were and lady looked on the system without tv as it?s big and was told to take tv in for a refund or exchange so went back today with tv and was told completely different and got to send off for repair which takes two weeks to be picked up from Argos and can?t tell us how much ? never buy from Argos again

Wouldn't let me park in the staff car park to collect my very heavy item. Was told to park on double yellow lines outside. Needless to say I cancelled my order.
