Popped in to ask about a broadband deal for a new dwelling. Shop assistant didn't have a clue on installation costs and wasn't prepared to find out either. Good business lost through a "can't be arsed" attitude.

Only network now in Scunthorpe that doesn't offer 5G. I mean they are unable to offer signal for 4G in the area nevermind anything else.If data speeds and been able to actually use your phone's data are important don't go Vodafone go either EE, O2 or Three

Needed a new sim card for my phone as my old one went missing. Staff was very kind and helpful and they sorted me a new sim card, managed to keep my old number and set it all up for me too. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I wouldn't hesitate to call in again for assistance.

The staff here are excellent... knowledgeable, conscientious and friendly. We had a very tricky request involving 3rd parties, different countries, account moves and upgrades and a very tight timeline, and Dan spent time with us and unpicked and solved all the problems as they came up and explained everything extremely clearly. The shop manager Charlotte also had input and they managed to get us both sorted effectively. Just fantastic service.

Absolutely disgusting by Vodafone.Firstly my father changed his phone due to it not taking calls in.He changed his phone and I reported to 0808 number and kept me on my phone for 1 hr yesterday just to tell me it won?t ring in and trying to bargain with me with a Ten pound phone. I insisted it?s under guarantee and they could arrange to replace it online.I insisted that the manager should ring me and making excuses he wouldn?t contact me for 24-48 hours.This afternoon I received a phone call from this guy and was bartering with me and had the dam cheek to ask me to pay half and they would pay £7 so I put the phone down.My father is 78 and suffered a stroke and even in lockdown they could send a replacement online.Now I cannot get in touch with him.Thanks a lot.I now have to find the money to pay for another one!Whilst writing this they?ve rang twice so I declined the call.The law is its under guarantee and I?m on benefits so I will try and fund one myself.I?m emailing the local MP and they?ve not offered a refund for my long phone call which they kept me on hold too long.His phone cost him around £15-20 and he only uses it to call people and now left all Bank Holiday Without myself and others being able to check on my father.Not cool Vodafone you sold him another dud phone!!!!!!!!!I know it?s the person who took the calls but I definitely don?t recommend your company unfortunately.Since March!His phone is still going into block!He went into Vodafone yesterday 15 th September!Only to be blocked from receiving calls not long later!I rang them today again!Said I refused to give them the password!No I did not!They spoke to my father on my phone!Also the recordings of calls were from January 21st 2019!Nothing else recorded until 15 th August 2020 !Also his credit has gone!Now I?ve rang the MP for Scunthorpe!Who?s been aware of this since the problem began!The device is under guarantee!Maybe 5 months this problem since he purchased this device!And I?m writing this review because you certainly don?t care,Vodafone!I asked you simply to refund or replace this handset!How dare you Vodafone!Months of the same problem!This will be sorted by my local MP!Enough is from any business.15 th September!I was left with no gas!No electricity!Power cut all day!Took me hrs to get someone out!Worse senario!Because Vodafone won?t replace my father?s phone!I could not contact my dad!It?s a disgrace!Keeps blocking numbers!I have contacted my local MP again.
