Having a decent sized back garden which we couldn't really enjoy due to having boggy and bobbly turf, we decided to get artificial grass fitted and I couldn't be happier with the end product!From start to finish the guys at Valley Carpets have been amazing. All the guys have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They completed all groundwork to such a high standard, even worked through the rain, sleet and snow!The grass itself is amazing quality and the difference between the before and after is night and day, the garden just looks so much bigger and brighter.Can't recommend these guys enough for anyone considering artificial grass.

A very pleasurable experience. Had two rooms and a hallway fitted, three guys, help with furniture, was very friendly and very mindful of not damaging anything, had the carpets fitted in no time, very professional and did a fantastic job. Ian in the store took his time to make sure I got the right carpets for me, helped me with the budget I had and still got some really good carpets.The cost is very competitive, and will suit most budgets. The whole experience was brilliant, would recommend Valley carpets & flooring to everyone. Thank you.

Valley Carpets are proffesional and friendly. The staff go out of thier way to help you select your carpet and the prices are spot on. Carpet was fitted in the week and the fitters were spot on.

No call regarding an incident that would make the fitting late , had to chase up myself, the fitters arrived was extremely pleased with the carpet and the fitting, with the exception of mismatched door bar, carpet trimming aerosol cans and other off cuts thrown not bagged into my daughters bedroom, dangerous metal shard from trimming a door bar left on the carpet, carpet gripper piece left on carpet, my dog picked this up which cut her mouth, with all the left pieces we had to make a trip to the tip. Complaint made was asked to visit store, very polite shop staff knew nothing about the complaint, when I then chased up on Facebook I was called a liar !! I would never complain about the carpet but the person I had to deal with was very rudeService: Install flooring

We received good service from Valley Carpets. We bought and had fitted a new lounge carpet. The morning after fitting we noticed a fault. After reporting it to them it was quickly diagnosed and a replacement agreed. It was all sorted out in just a few days. The fitters are professional and courteous, a credit to the company.It?s refreshing to find a company that are so fair to customers.

Absolutely recommend Valley Carpets & flooring.Been let down by another company on monday to come and fit my carpets in the whole house that i needed to move in on Wednesday, contacted this guys and they came the day after and did the job for a really good price.Can't thank them enough

Absolutely terrible, they did my whole place while being renovated so a few years later get them again for work, it was disatorus waited in all day and no show till half 4 they wasn't going to seal the bathroom cause I never specified it? the guys doesn't honestly care, no courtesy call to say they wouldn't be there mid morning I had to keep ringing them, so they said they sealed my bathrom as gesture of good will, when I messaged the man clapped back at me as if it a relief, guess they liked the 2k when Ioved in, you don't speak to women like that....end of !Service: Install flooring

Excellent service and products at reasonable prices. Friendly knowledgable staff who are there if you need them but leave you to browse with absolutely no pressure. We have used them twice for carpets and underlay for our bedrooms, living room, and hallway. The fitters are also excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
