I changed to this pharmacist because Ashby since Boots shut down we don't get a good service in Ashby
This is the 2nd occasion when I've written down for my husband after checking with the pharmacy that the drugs are ready, and my husband isn't given what they've asked him to ask for. I can't put it in plainer English than I have, and this pharmacy has got the note they asked me to give him, wrong yet again . It just feels like the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. It's across the board now.
On a day when the Dr's surgery messed up, the help I got from this pharmacist was good. But the counter staff need to be more observant, this is where the issus are arising.I wrote Antibiotics that are in the back on the owing slip, for another drug. So He's had to go round x2 again ???????? Yet Dr's want us to use our pharmacists more ???? Please, I can't get to the pharmacy which is why I ring ahead,, because I know my meds ,i was a nurse . Ask staff to be more observant. If this improves I'll edit my review.

I use this pharmacy a lot for prescriptions and advice ,the service is excellent all the staff are polite and helpful and l am satisfied with their answers to any problems l have put to them.

Just switched to this doctors recently and can claim that it?s the most unorganised and empathetic doctors I?ve been too. I was put through to my GP by 111 and had a call with the doctor after the call had finished and he said the receptionist would call me back that day to book an appointment. I never received that call and instead I received a message the next morning to say I had a missed an appointment which I wasn?t aware of.
I rang the doctors to understand what had happened and the receptionist was very rude and had no understanding and empathy for the symptoms I was experiencing. She then said I will recieve a call in 48 hours to book a new appointment but would have to go through the whole process again. She was very rude and kept telling me it?s my fault I had a missed it. Therefore I?m now sat in a&e with no notes which they had suppose to send. Very disappointed. Awful service.

Amazing staff. I have been with this pharmacy my whole life, maybe I?m biased but they have always had a lovely attitude even when busy. The pharmacy team are quick but careful when making sure my prescription is made up. The girls I?m typically served by are always chatty and friendly, offering the best help for counter medications, the pharmacist that seems to always be there is also extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond. A couple of times my medication has been unavailable due to the current climate of the world but this pharmacy makes sure they are upfront and direct in letting me know when they can?t receive my items or that I will have to wait if it needs to be ordered. I admire that they do so. Gives me time to reevaluate when I should next order this prescription in case of any delays.
Just wanted to say a big Thank-you to a team who typically gets overlooked and taken for granted.

The staff are rude and make up lies about patients collecting their prescriptions. If i could have given 0 stars i would have they are not a friendly bunch there.

After an 111 call, I was advised to contact this pharmacy and arrange to visit a pharmacist in the next 6 hours, for an in-person consultation with a pharmacist who would examine the affected area, so that information could be passed back to the NHS 111 service before further progress could be made with my treatment.Spoke to a very rude man on the phone, who answered with ?yeah?? and with an extremely condescending tone told me to take paracetamol, go see my GP on Monday and that he wouldn?t help me, even after I explained once again the NHS had told me to go to him specifically, so he could pass on information before I could progress with any treatment.Brother, why be in the pharmaceutical industry if you?re just going to palm off people that need help? If you?re having a bad day don?t take it out on others. Do your job.

Accessible for the disabled as all the doors are automatic and wide enough for wheelchairs. The car park is large and there are disabled parking spaces.It is usually busy and there is sometimes a queue outside, however there is a waiting area with seats inside and a bench seat outside.There is a prescription box on one side of the counter and also in the porch of the Surgery.A second access door is straight off the Surgery waiting area.

I was explaining to a pharmacist that a drug I refused to accept 2 weeks ago was prescribed in error. Suddenly a dark haired female started shouting from the otherend, inserting herself rudely into the consultation, loudly making her ill informed opinion known. Asking "which drug DO you want then".
