Came into Scunthorpe to try and sort a complicated flight out and get some advice.Andrea served me, solved my problem in a helpful professional and friendly manner, she navigated the web site with ease and did her best to give me good value.Web sites are taking over but Tui have seen sense to keep the human interaction available.And no I?m not a robot ????

Sam was brilliant! I needed to arrange a trip to New York at short notice and didn't have a clue where to begin. I tried the internet but just got confused. In desperation I called in at TUI to see if they could help and Sam made all my stress disappear with her calm and efficient manner. She not only arranged everything I needed including items I hadn't even considered, she saved me a fortune against the prices I had been looking at on websites. On top of that she had loads of suggestions for sites to see in New York and how to make the most of the trip. I highly recommend using TUI and Sam in particular to make a stressful task a less daunting one.

Went into the Tui shop was greeted by a lovely lady called Tania. I wanted to book a cruise for our 30th wedding anniversary.Tania went above and beyond to find us a beautiful cruise. She has lots of knowledge about holidaying. Nothing was to much trouble she was very patient. Will definitely book again with Tania

Just booked for a last minute cruise in the scunthorpe Tui store. Tania couldn?t have been more friendly and helpful.She made the whole process a pleasure and will definitely be returning to book again for next year!

Today I attempted to exchange pounds for Euros. My card purchase of Euros using £100 wasn't authorised, yet the money was removed from my account. They wouldn't even get the manager to have a conversation with me. My bank told me to ask them to email their head office and Visa in order to remedy the situation within 2 working days. They initially refused to remedy the situation until my mother attended (I'm disabled). Andrea's is a cruel and dismissive person who doesn't treat the disabled with decency and respect.
