Been to buy some coving 66mm x 78mm x 2m. Then asked for internal and external coving he came out with 127mm internal & external when he was busy putting it through the till i asked if these were the same size as the 2m length he said no.but but he still was going to sell them to me even though they were twice the size. Not happy at all

Nothing wrong with Toolstation however your website needs attention it keeps freezing and kicking me out . No it's not my device my phone is on 5G and I have full 5G strength. Other than that Toolstation is 10 /10

Excellent customer services from the staff at the Scunthorpe branch, polite, friendly and reliable. We often Place orders from within customers homes and by the time we arrive in store to collect it?s been picked and brought to the counter ready. Fantastic service, in fact the best and no complaints.

Bought some Dewalt Aspen trousers as a Christmas present, unfortunately we bought the wrong size. The trousers were unworn with tags stickers etc... still attached but because we'd gone slightly over the 30 days they wouldn't exchange them for the correct size. I appreciate there's rules etc... but we didn't want a refund just the correct size. The ones we were returned could be easily sold on etc... bit disappointed in the service to be fair.

As a regular customer at your Scunthorpe branch on Mannaberg way I always leave the store feeling very satisfied. This is mainly due to the excellent customer service I receive from all members of staff that work there. Whilst remaining professional at all times they are very friendly & can't do enough to help.
