Had a key cut at a different place that, even after having it adjusted 3 times, still didn't work. Brought it here, had identified the problem in seconds, had it fixed even faster and now the key works perfectly. Quick, polite, professional.

Should?ve got a name but the fella who helped me out on 04/10/24 around 5pm thank you. Please make sure his colleagues see this, I explained I?d been ripped off by a national company (who?ll remain nameless) when buying some football boots, he couldn?t offer to help quick enough. Thanks mate?

I visited Timpsons located inside Tesco at Scunthorpe to get spares for my car key and home keys. A fine gentleman named Sam attended to me and he went above and beyond with his service. Not only did he provide valuable advice and a reasonably priced service, he also went ahead to give me a dummy key for my son to play with when I mentioned my son was always wanting my original car keys. That for me was customer service at its finest. Thanks again Sam!

Left pair of shoes to repair only one fastening strip need corrections. Been quoted £15. After 10 days no answer if it's done or not. I came back and found out that shoes are not ready and they will not do it and quoted back it's gone cost £25. Shoes left, unpacked and thrown like a bag of rubbish. Unprofessional service.

Disgrace with a smile. Lower quality service, overpriced and damaged items.Damaged 4 pare of boots in different places and watch while changing batteries. Legal action, as has been monitored for sometime for (silent) but aggressive behaviour.
