Zero Internet on two services. Mobile and a 5g home hub. Customer services fob you of with it gets busy at peak times (yet I'm suffering 24/7) am in a 5g area,which was great to start(550+Mbs)over a few months deteriorating to the point that now I'm struggling to log onto sites, streaming or gaming as advertised is pure fantasy, Paying £50/month for nothing, you wouldn't pay premium service in a restaurant for empty plates and glasses. I've had enough. Deserve -5 stars. Will be searching for alternatives ASAP.

Very little help at the shop after being a customer for 12 years

We were seen by a blonde lady with glasses. She has been extremely rude. We went because I have been a customer since 2014 and as the next day it was going to be my birthday my partner wanted me to get a new phone with a contract. We asked for information which she provided but obviously we were uncertain of few things and as my partner has problem with memory he couldn?t remember the price and asked 3 times. The lady became extremely rude assuming that we didn?t believe her and when asked for the price she answered I already have told you. I was extremely upset and told my partner I didn?t want anything anymore and decided to change to another phone provider. We didn?t have any abusive behaviour, the only thing I was able to notice is that in the same time a colleague of this lady was having issue with another customer which I assume made her upset although I do not justify her behaviour towards us.

Got a contact last june for £22.half price for 6mth then Dec went to 22.they deducted £34 per mth as they took 17 per month said they would change it but come January took £34 per month again what a mess.dont no what there doing looks like a another visit to the shop.

I was having problems with the 3 online sorting out my contract, I went to the 3 shop in scunthorpe and the staff were brilliant. It's much better when dealing with a real person who was genuinely very helpful. Thanks again
