Sad area with lots of empty shops. Unfortunately the Council closed the original market which had real character and replaced it with an empty BHS store which is bland and mainly empty. I don't visit much anymore.

Dated, hardly any shops that are not discount, betting or charity. Full of scum hanging around every corner, do yourself a favour and use the retail parks on the outskirts of town, order online or leave Scunthorpe all together

Actually went to the cinema which is part of the Parishes, event hough there are some empty units it has some really.good shopping and eating places.
