The 2 staff in the mobile phone department were very helpful and had the patience of a saint dealing with someone who has no idea with setting up a new phone. Thank you. However, on a negative side the in-store toilets were disgusting. They smelt like an outside public loo. A deep clean is required please.

Great store but terrible toilets facilities. Disabled toilets been out of order for months now and gents toilet only has one working cubicle to be used by hundreds of shoppers due to the size of the store??how difficult can it be to get them sorted ?

Large store, always seems chaotic - especially the checkouts. Carpark is always a pain to get out of, would rather go to a diffirent store.

A large store with a good selection, but the experience is let down by the car park's single exit, which becomes a major bottleneck during busy periods. It can take 30 minutes or more to leave the car park at peak times. Adding an additional exit to the west, similar to the nearby Sainsbury's, would greatly improve traffic flow and the overall shopping experience.

Slow. Person at the check out leaves his post to get some sort of key. Did not apologize for making me wait. Did not interact with me at all. No wonder they are getting replaced.

Me and my friend came to TESCO EXPRESS in Scunthorpe on 23.05.2024 at 16.51 for shopping and while we were looking for clothes for our children, two officers came towards us and threw us out without any explanation, in front of many people, in a racist manner. When we asked what was going on, they said if you don't come out, we will call the police. .Later, when I told them to talk to my lawyer, they threw iftar at us. They offended us and my friend had a panic attack. Then my brother came and talked, and when we wanted to see the camera footage, they took a step back and said *go today and come tomorrow and do your normal shopping. *I wanted to inform you that it is not nice for the place where we always come and shop to treat us like this, that we will fight for our rights until the end
