Had my prescriptions done here for a while never had a problem always ready the same day no problems always kind, until a new pharmacist started he is so rude to customers takes 2 days or more to be able to hand a prescription out even though they have done them and they are ready, I used the nhs app and it tells me when my prescription is ready so I went to collect well no he had a problem with that seems like rather it gets done but they don?t want to give you your prescription or they leave the prescriptions there for days I shop at tescos on a weekly basis the amount of times I?ve seen 4 of them just sat on the counter chatting not doing anything, the guy not long just started he?s got glasses and mid height, I take a lot of medication due to a lot of illnesses everytime I pick my prescription he has something to say like ?why you on this? ? you are to young to be on this medication? (I?m 18) He even asked me what am I doing taking birth control at the age of 17 personally for a man to ask a women that is very uncomfortable for me and a lot of young girls take birth control for a lot of different reasons asking me personal questions about my illness and why I?m on medication he has no right to be basically interrogating me about medication and my illnesses I maybe 18 but I struggle with anxiety and autism so these situations make me so uncomfortable I would be fine with the questions if they was out of curiosity but no he comes across so so rude and judge mental, he asks me everytime I pick them up and I?ve been on these meds way before he worked there, I?m absolutely appalled by there customer service ever since he worked there I will be changing pharmacies now I will not be using Tesco pharmacy ever again and I will be telling people about it aswell so they don?t! use Tesco pharmacy!! they make you feel so uncomfortable, absolutely vile!!

Visited Sat 6th April at lunchtime. We were concerned about a shortage of a certain prescribed medication. The pharmacist on duty explained the shortage and offered us an alternative. He made up the prescription as we shopped. Friendly and knowledgeable. Please pass on our thanks.

Don't bother, rude, want you to discuss private details in public then still won't sell you what you need. Don't even bother suggesting an alternative. Rubbish customer service!
