Popped in 10 mins before closing and wanted a drink while waiting for a meeting as everywhere else was closed. The staff were so lovely, and i was so apologetic that I went in just before closing. The barista even drew a cat face and kind message on my cup.

ordered 2 coffees but had to wait a further 5 minutes for one of them, the girl making them was clearly new, I saw her tip my coffee away before making another one, couldn't understand why, I double checked that it was what i ordered when she eventually brought it to me, i was told yes it was, but after being up most of the night it definitely wasn't what I had ordered so thank you for that, there is a reason why people order specific drinks. I did wonder why another girl whipped off the sticky label that was on the mug handle, now I know why, not good service at all.

Starbucks it's self is a nice and clean and comfortable environment although I always find it's really cold in there.I find service very slow and doesn't make sense. If I order two coffees at the same time I don't want one and then wait another 7 minutes for the other, and then when I mention this I'm made to feel as though I'm in the wrong to ask for both coffees to be served together

As soon as you walk in you are hit with this disgusting smell of something has died in there on close inspection of their fridges where they keep the sandwiches e.g there was MOULD. I don't know about anyone else but who wants to order a drink or something to eat from a place that had mould growing in front of your eyes. Absolutely disgusting and very quickly walked out without anything.
