Booked an appointment for my 5 year old, who was nervous as it was. Appointment was for 11:40, got there on time & sat in the waiting area. Was still waiting to be seen 1hour30minutes after we arrived! Plenty of other patients came & went and we were still sat waiting! My son was getting extremely restless & hungry as it had gone dinner time! Ended up getting up & leaving so he could go get some dinner! Won?t be returning!

Contact lenses. Assistant was not very helpful. I had to question her as how to adjust them to fit in my eyes. There was no major input from her end. When I struggled, she just sat there looking at me ?until I asked? her where I was ?going wrong?. Very frustrating. She gave little input & went silent again. Will not return.

No staff to help me picking my glasses, had to pick my own then had to wait along time for someone to speak to me about my glasses and lens.Then had a staff member being pushy about what lens I should have trying to push me to pay more for something I did not need .

First eye appointment in 10 years, pre booked a 1440 appointment, arrived 1425 to allow time and told it will be a 10 minute wait. Sat and waited till 1520 and watched a consistent stream of other patients walk through the waiting room into their appointments.
Had to leave as parking invalidated.
Forced to use Specsavers as my employer pays for it, will do everything in my power to avoid this one.

Went for a walk in hearing test today. Told they could not carry out the test because tgey could not see my ear drum in my right ear because of build up of wax.and quoted me £60 for removal of said wax. When i got home i looked in my ear with my ear cleaning camera and to my shocked surprise there was no sign of any wax. Disgraceful trying to fleece me out of £60 to carry out work that was not needed. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Surpose to be a reputable bussiness. Pictures of said ear drum that cannot be seen because of non existant wax

Not sure my new glasses are any better than my old ones or if I even needed new ones, staff just send you out after eye test with a memeber of staff to look at frames without any discussion about whether they are even needed.Gone back to my old ones as new ones keep steaming up for some reason.

I visited the scunthorpe branch this morning as I needed an adjustment on my glasses, I was looked after by Katie, such a lovely lady. She took time with me to help fit my glasses better, this is the fifth time I have been back, she was so kind and nothing was too much trouble. A real credit to the branch !

Visited today on behalf of an elderly neighbour, who needed his hearing aids checked.Staff here have always been very helpful.
