had a carpet delivered it was damaged. said they had to lay it while new one ordered waited 2 more weeks new carpet came had a rip in it ask for money back and went elsewere ordered sofa at same time also damaged still waiting for money back a week later also stayed in for a full day for them to pick capet up no one turned up or rung to let us know they were not coming i think the company treat there customers very badly.

The whole sales process has been amazing from start to finish. I went to browse at the Scunthorpe branch with the intention to buy and the salesman Liam was very welcoming and spent quite some time with me to find out my requirements. There was no pressure to buy and everything was explained in detail. Liam found the perfect sofa for me, exactly what I wanted.The delivery day was perfectly handled. Two friendly chaps Todd and Dean arrived at the promised time and set everything up for me with total respect for the property. I can't fault any of the service. Will definitely recommend and return

Pleasant, helpful (female) staff, not at all pushy. Guided us to the best range of sofas to suit our spec and price range. Good advice, comparing the pros and cons of manual or electric recliners.Certainly worth a visit even if your are only browsing!

6 members of staff in an empty shop. Very pushy sales man even tho as soon as we walked in we specifically said we were just browsing not buying today. The constant Interrupting and pushing put us off browsing so we simply left.

Walked in was left alone to browse. Then the lady talked to us about where to find price's and fabric swatches. Then left us to it. Which was good. She told us to give her a shout if we needed.

Thanks to scs at Scunthorpe knowledgeable sales staff who are both polite and helpful supplied us with A new sisitaia suite and lounge carpet the carpet was fitted by two excellent fitters on the Friday leaving no mess doing a first class job then the suite was delivered the following day at exactly the time they said. Up to now I cannot fault the service and would highly recommend the Scunthorpe branch Kind regards Paul and Rachel

I booked an appointment at the Scunthorpe store that was convenient for me and my sister who was chauffeuse. We were greeted on arrival and introduced to Mark our sales advisor who showed us around and then left us for a time while we tried various sofas we liked and he answered all our queries. At no time was I pressured and I had plenty of time to decide which one I liked best - a Titan 3 seater sofa.We discussed the options available, colour, style, accessories and care package, and the all important will-it-fit-in-my-room-and-go-through-the-door question. When we had discussed this at length and agreed my options we discussed delivery and I paid.All in all it was a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon and I enjoyed the experience very much.

I know sales people have to earn a living. But, I disliked being pounced upon as soon as I walked in. Put me off looking around TBH and we do need a sofa bed. I prefer to look around and then ask if I need information. But that might be just me?
